With our next biennial expo coming up this October, we are looking for sponsors at the show. This year is going to be even BIGGER, with the partnership of SMI and their symposium sessions - now both events are together under one roof. Plus, the more you spend on sponsorships and advertising, the more benefits you unlock! It’s the perfect opportunity to sponsor more items and boost your brand’s representation. Opportunities are sold a-la-carte, with additional benefits becoming available depending on your combined sponsorship spend for both Expo and Symposium, not including booth costs.

How do the Sponsorship Levels work?

You are free to choose any of the sponsorship items from our online reservation page or PDF Prospectus (links are below). Once you have reserved your sponsorship items and spent at least $5,000, you will receive the Bronze Level items shown below in the graphic at no additional cost! Want to keep going? Spend between $10,000-$14,999 to unlock the Silver Level's incentives, and so on.

The Visionary Package Sponsorship has been SOLD!
The Visionary Package is a little different. It's a pre-built sponsorship bundle. For one flate rate, you get all the great benefits of being at the Gold Level, PLUS an exclusive website banner ad; a full-page program guide ad; and five-minutes to speak during the ribbon cutting ceremony. Some of these items are only available as the Visionary Sponsor and cannot be purchased a-la-carte!
